After years of accepting insurance, I found that my therapy time was being cut back, and I was not being able to provide the level of care that was best for my clients. Therefore, I made the tough decision to stop accepting insurance so that I could focus on providing excellent patient care.

I do, however, accept: Cash, Gardiner/ Family Empowerment/ Step Up For Students Scholarship, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo. I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company upon request.

Many families are also successful in obtaining reimbursement for a part of the intensive therapy cost through their insurance company.

Additionally, various foundations provide assistance with the cost of intensives. One example of a foundation that may assist with the cost of the intensive is the Lenn Foundation, whose mission is to assist families of children with cerebral palsy with the cost of their intensives.

I work with a wide variety of clients with different levels of abilities, and I have 25+ years of experience in pediatric physical therapy including:

-DMI (Dynamic Movement Intervention) - Certified DMI Intermediate A practitioner.

I am passionate about taking my individualized therapy sessions outside! For example, when appropriate, I see kids on the beach and/or on a paddle board. More than just my approach and experience, my programs are also uniquely designed to take advantage of the beautiful Sarasota area that I call home. You can relax and vacation in a tropical environment while your child receives the care they need!
